Adding to our already high success rate, our goals were achieved with some fantastic results to follow.
The dog grooming marketplace is saturated. As well as entering into an already overcrowded market, the challenge was also starting from scratch to achieve nationwide success within four weeks. We therefore focused on creating a brand that was memorable and distinctive enough to set Ellie Rae's service apart from the competition in a way that would gain the business traction the company needed for a flying start to commercial existence.
Following a productive meeting with Mathew, the team at Bizlaunch undertook a series of brainstorming sessions to come up with the perfect branding and marketing message for this fresh new venture.
A week later, we met with Mathew to present the logo design and initial draft of the new business website. Key to this was the integration of an automatic quoting system within the actual site - as with the brand, something completely unique to the industry.
During the second week, essential business administrative tasks were completed; the new company formation certificate was passed to Mathew and we met once again to review the fully functioning website and compilation of stationery designs.
The brand was now ready for launch and looked amazing.
The last two weeks encompassed targeted online promotion, including social media, to build up a solid fan base and generate interest and engagement within the market.
This package was then finalised by streamlining some essential business operations including a virtual office where calls are professionally handled by 'their own' receptionist, and the drafting of franchise contracts ready for those who are already buying into the brand.
